Hungry Harbor Grille in Long Beach

We ordered from there two nights during our stay friendly staff and the food was good..my husband loved the fish...great service

Out of all the years we have been coming up here we have never tried this place until today! It was so good that we are going tomorrow for their breakfast buffet!! The turkey pub was huge and the fish & chips we're not greasy at all. I can't wait to try a burger next time.

Really enjoyed the food! Got a jalapeno bacon burger, was pretty busy but food came out in a timely manner. Highly reccomend!

The Clam Chowder Bowl was AMAZING! Cute little place to grab a quick bite. There are tables and chairs in the back of you don't want to sit in booths. The onion rings were huge and excellent! The food is big portions and reasonably priced. Everything was quick and the service was great. We will be back again!

Service and staff were great. Food came quickly. Burgers were delicious, but fries were average and bland. The strawberry milkshake on the other hand was great! Also, the Christmas collection was awesome! Great place to stop by and get a quick meal.

This is a good place to eat in Long beach.

We absolutely loved this place. The nachos and burger were huge, and very reasonably priced. The staff was friendly. The onion rings and fries weren't the best, but the Italian soda more than compensated for that!

Pretty disappointed. Was craving a good greasy hometown type burger. I ordered a basic bacon cheese burger. Sad interpretation of said burger. Bacon was burned tasting. Burger was dry and no flavor. Bummer deal, really wanted it to be good. Excellent customer service, however.

This place was horrible. The food is nasty. I don't usually post my bad reviews of places but their burgers taste funny, the fries were gross and plain and the food made my family sick. I even threw up. Would not recommend this place to anyone. On top of that, it costed alot to feed my family. Kids meals seemed to taste and be ok, Just not the other burgers.

Food isn't exceptional, on par with McDonalds, which wouldn't be a big deal if it were cheaper.

During our recent visit to Long Beach, we parked along the main Street and went in search of food! After comparing three places, we decided on the Hungry Harbor!! Great Choice!!!Food is amazing and their is a Christmas age set up in the back.....What a wonderful experience!!Kudos to the owners after this enjoyable establishment!!

The knot heads on here don't know what their talking about. Hungry Harbor Grill has VERY good seafood and hamburgers and an amazing prime rib night. My husband and I always eat here when we come down for the holidays from Marysville and we've been coming here for over 18 years. By the way the all you can eat breakfast is pretty darn good to.

Great, inexpensive eats... it's a very casual place that I went to several times during my stay in Long Beach. I was comfortable dining alone, and the fried clams really hit the spot!

Amazing burgers, decent curly fries, huge portions and friendly staff!

During our stay in Long Beach there were a couple of days when we had a big lunch so didn't want a large meal for dinner. We ate at the Hungry Harbor two nights. I had the clam chowder bread bowl and my wife had a hot dog plus we both had real think milk shakes. Shakes and food were super good especially the bread bowl. The next night we both had hot dogs. These are large and made of real beef. Both nights they brought our orders to us, which was really nice. This is a bright, cheerful fun place to eat and was decorated for Halloween.

Coming here is a yearly tradition for our family. I don’t think we will be back. Employees not wearing gloves or masks, then we get told to leave because we have a box of donuts from another place and now you’re worried our donuts are bringing in COVID??? Really??? We were in line ordering to go. You just lost a family of customers. Instead of being rude (some guy with a gold chain) how about just being polite and asking us to take our donuts outside? There was no reason to talk to us the way you did. You turned years of enjoyable experiences here, and ended it with your rudeness.

Sadly went during covid so I was unavailable to eat inside. However there were some benches just outside. They brought the food out. It was extremely delicious. We had a pastrami sandwich and the beach burger. Both were amazing. The fries were standard crinkle cut and exactly what I was looking for.

I have gone here since the mid 90's any time I'm there. The food is always good.. additionally the Owners were working tonight.. we got to chat about their Christmas city which is fantastic worth going to check out..

This restaurant was a pleasant surprise. There is a large selection of food options here. I didn’t notice the elk burger on the menu until later. I have never had elk but the area around here and further South is teaming with elk. The portions for the curly fries is ridiculous and I didn’t notice the “large order” of curly fries until later. Also, note that gluten free buns are available upon request. It can get fairly busy at lunch time but lots of seating in the backroom and outside. One of the servers was super friendly and very helpful with some local recommendations. That’s what I love about small beach towns - the friendly easy-going people and the food.

Favorite place to get burgers. Always have a good time, employees are always a joy, haven't gone to another burger place since going here.Christmas time is the best to go because they have a giant Christmas town built in the upper seating area

They were open on Christmas while we were in town on a family get-away.Found the staff, and also maybe the owners to be very attentive, and helpful.They had Christmas scene/railroad set up in the back which our kids loved. The food was good. When back on Long Beach, I'm sure we will stop.

Service was super fast and the food was really good. If you're looking for something fancy or unique, this is not the place for you. But if you need a yummy, quick bite, this is a great choice. Pretty basic fried foods and burgers, but reasonably priced and satisfying.

Amazing customer service. I had their Jalapeno Cheeseburger and fries and I was extremely satisfied. I also had a chunk banana and cherry milkshake, which was perfect. The young lady working behind the counter who took our order was very attentive and friendly. I'm just down this way for work, but I will definitely be visiting again in the near future.

Almost every time we are in Long Beach, WA (especially overnight) we eat here. They have good clam chowder, fish & chips, cheese burgers, milkshakes... On Sundays they have a big breakfast buffet! In Dec. & Jan. They also have this amazing Christmas/winter village scene. They have it built in 5 sections: The 1st is up on a "hillside" with working miniature train tunnels built into it & along the top are houses & stores etc... The other sections are rural, residential, commercial & wharf (not necessarily in that order). The village pieces light up, move, & they have a paper taped to the wall with a scavenger hunt for some of the pieces. Needless to say, I highly recommend this restaurant, anytime of the year! You might have a wait on their busy days... But their food is totally worth it.

If I based the review on just the fish tacos I got, it would be 5 stars, but I haven't had anything else. The fishvtacos are so freaking good!

Lots of menu options. I really liked their oyster poboy, good clam chowder. They also do a breakfast buffet on Sunday's with tons of options. Inside is a bit crowded, but they do have outdoor seating that can be used on nice days.

Astounding selection of food, and they are incredibly friendly. I recently went with my family and they completely went above and beyond serving us. They have such good food and extremely affordable. The coffees are awesome and if you get the opportunity to have the fish and chips I highly recommend it. The batter is excellent, not greasy like you can sometimes get, instead it's crisp with superior coloring. If you get the chance to eat here, Do it.

Good seaside town food in Covid 19 times. Takeout can be eaten outdoors. Food servings are generous and fresh.

This is an AWESOME place to get a classic bite to eat! The food is fresh and served so fast we actually had to let the food cool before taking our first bites! The customer service is great and the place is sparkling clean! Thank You for a lunch I'll never forget

This is such a wonderful place to grab a bite to eat! The gentleman that took our order was friendly, and chatty. Wonderful person! The menu options were great! Enough variety so tht you felt like you had a couple different options, even for us picky eaters, but not so many tht you felt overwhelmed. And the Italian sofa selection also wonderful, we had huckleberry, which was surprisingly delicious! The food tasted great and was fairly quick. I didn't feel like I was waiting absolutely forever. And for those fry lovers out there, the curly fries were fantastic!!

I've been going to Long Beach for years but this is the first time I've tried Hungry Harbor. The food was really good. I had the fish and chips. We received everything fresh from the fryer. The fish was tasty and the fries were some of the best I've had. The price for the fish and chips was about $12 which is pretty standard for what you'd pay in the area. All in all, a great place and I'll eat there again next time we're in the area.

Good place right in the middle of Long Beach. The service was good and the food was too! The food didn't seem fresh, but it was still prepared well. My Daughter and I had dinner for $25.

Just what we needed when we got to Long Beach after a long drive: fast food for the kids and, welcome surprise for adults hoping for something besides fast food: BBQ ribs with a large dish of homemade coleslaw, mixed vegetables, and a couple other side options. You have to stand in line and order at a counter, so it can be a challenge when you're staring up at the menu and trying to decide, and help the kids decide. The food was served up quickly and was really good and plentiful.

Food was pretty fresh, and the staff were friendly. The prices, though, have gone up considerably in the past couple years.

This is one of my favorite restaurants. Their food is so yummy. We have lived here for several years now. When I think of going out to eat first place I think of is hungry harbor. Usually get the captain seafood platter. Tried the prime rib dinner I'm hooked. Love the burgers tried most of them. So many options. Just a great place extremely friendly and very hard working staff. Not enough stars for this place.

Great food! Fast service and an amazing atmosphere loved all the decorations and cool things around the restaurant. There oysters are to die for!

The burgers were on fire, so delicious, and so were the fries. Great take out place.
